In our western environment, the practice of mindfulness is gaining followers. This is because the prac-tice of mindfulness offers a way to regulate our emotions and thoughts, reduce the symptoms of stress, anxiety and depression. Furthermore, allow to enhance the ability to regulate our mood and in-crease our level of well-being. In relation to this last point, the level of well-being, related with mind-fulness, would come from learning to enjoy each moment without questioning it. In this regard, the link between well-being and mindfulness is being studied and investigated by various fields, specially Psychology or Education.
